Administrator:

Janet Fussell is the sole shareholder of Range Line Preschool and Childcare, Inc. which owns this preschool and childcare. Janet received her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from St. Norbert College.  She has many post graduate credits in early childhood education and special education.  Janet has over 20 years of  experience in the early childhood field.  She taught Pre-K and Kindergarten for 8 years.  Janet is a skilled teacher and administrator with current knowledge of early childhood development and teaching practices. Janet works between Range Line and her Grafton Preschool performing various roles to help ensure that each child receives the highest quality care and education.  Janet is a mother of two and has a great love for all children. Both of her children, Emily and Michael (both in high school now) have attended Range Line Preschool and Childcare since they were 2 and 1 year old age respectively.

Director:

Kelly McBain has her Bachelors of Arts from the  University of Minnesota.  She has worked as a classroom teacher and has assisted in administrative duties for 8 years at Range Line Preschool and Childcare. When it was time to hire a new director and she showed interest,  we knew we needed to look no further.  Kelly’s kind and caring disposition, organizational skills, communication skills and experience working with children makes her an excellent asset to the families and staff at RLPC.

Teachers:

All of our staff exceed the educational qualifications set by the State of Wisconsin, with most of our staff having earned at least a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.   We have college degreed DPI licensed teachers who understand early child development and education.  Our teachers are not only wonderful caregivers but are also well educated, professional teachers.
